The role is for engineers in the Ads Platform Engineering team at Netflix, focusing on building and scaling advertising systems. Requirements
- Experience in building and scaling advertiser-grade reporting applications.
- Proficiency in designing and operating external-facing and internal reporting APIs.
- Expertise in optimizing the Ads Druid analytics layer for low-latency OLAP workloads.
- Knowledge of ad tech, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience developing cloud-based applications with modern programming languages.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale reporting applications for internal teams and external advertisers.
- Design and operate APIs for self-service access to Netflix Ads data.
- Own and optimize the Ads Druid analytics layer for reporting and data access.
- Ensure reporting systems meet MRC and audit-grade standards.
