Job description

The Software Engineer on the Audience Activation team at Netflix will focus on designing and developing Conversion APIs and Audience Onboarding systems. This role is crucial for enhancing audience activation, measurement, optimization, retargeting, and reporting capabilities. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in building server-to-server, batch, and pixel Conversion APIs.

  • Practical experience with streaming event architectures and technologies like Kafka and Flink.
  • Strong understanding of ad technology, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
