The Ads Integration Support Engineering team at Netflix is focused on accelerating product adoption by streamlining integrations with external partners. This role involves serving as a technical liaison, ensuring seamless implementation and robust support for the Netflix Ads Stack. The team is dedicated to understanding technical ambiguities and driving the integration lifecycle from implementation to validation. Candidates will engage with external partners to represent their needs and manage critical incidents effectively.

• Deep experience in digital media or ad tech, including hands-on work with external partners across the advertising ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with data integrators and ETL pipelines used in audience onboarding and measurement workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and debugging, along with scripting experience in Python or Java.
• Extensive experience implementing, troubleshooting, and debugging REST APIs using tools like curl or Postman.
• Deep understanding of at least one public cloud computing platform.
• Ability to read and debug code to contribute minor changes to existing codebases.
• Hands-on experience providing technical support and performing system validation for successful integration launches.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve support and documentation.

• Build a deep understanding of the Netflix Ads Stack to serve as a platform expert.
• Drive the end-to-end integration lifecycle including implementation, configuration, and validation.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and primary technical point of contact for external partners.
• Provide hands-on technical support for integrations and monitor the stability of product integrations.
• Act as the internal quarterback for critical incidents and manage communication during outages.
• Manage proactive technical communications with stakeholders and contribute to integration-specific codebase changes.
