Netflix is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join the Talent Technology Engineering team, focusing on Compensation and Benefits systems. The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of complex business solutions that enhance people operations and talent strategy. Collaboration with stakeholders and technical partners is essential to deliver innovative solutions that support the company's growth and culture.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR technology architecture, particularly in Total Rewards.
  • Deep technical expertise with Workday, Beqom, or similar Compensation tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end business solutions with significant impact.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at the organizational level.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage the Workday, Beqom, and Total Rewards platforms.
  • Design, implement, and support end-to-end processes between 3P platforms and Workday.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and enhance compensation, benefits, and leave processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity and synchronization across platforms.
  • Support the rollout of new features across SaaS platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and business processes.

Benefits

  • Employees at Netflix are often offered flexible, people-first benefits—unlimited time away, generous parental leave, global family-forming support, mental-health programs (mindfulness, free counseling/coaching), and health coverage tailored by country. Financially, Netflix pays at personal top-of-market and lets employees choose their mix of cash vs. fully-vested 10-year stock options, alongside donation and volunteer matching. Convenience perks can include trust-based travel/expense policies, relocation support, and “Work, Not Drive” rideshare flexibility.
