Job description
The Ads Platform team at Netflix is seeking a highly motivated leader to develop foundational Conversion API features. This new team will focus on building zero-to-one capabilities that are essential for the future of Netflix Ads. The role involves leading engineering teams in the design and operation of Conversion APIs while ensuring compliance with global advertising regulations. Requirements
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in the end-to-end design and operation of Conversion APIs.
- Deep technical expertise in managing distributed systems that create gold data sets through identity enrichment and complex deduplication.
- Hands-on experience managing teams working with real-time streaming technologies such as Kafka and Flink.
- Comprehensive understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including conversion signals.
- Strong proficiency in navigating global ads regulations and ensuring compliance with privacy laws.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of foundational Conversion API features.
- Align CAPI technical roadmaps with broader business goals and advertiser needs.
- Grow engineering teams in emerging domains and guide them through product ambiguity.
- Ensure that advertiser brand safety is maintained during ad serving.
- Deliver high-impact advertising systems that monetize Netflix's content.
