• At least 5 years of experience with a PhD degree in a relevant quantitative field or 8+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience working with engineering teams as a Data Scientist.
• Strong statistical skills in A/B testing, observational data analysis, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in applied machine learning modeling and assessment.
• Experience working with large data sets and analyzing complex data using SQL and tools like Python or R.
• Good business acumen regarding product innovations and excellent problem-solving skills.
