Job description

The Ads Integration Engineering team at Netflix is focused on enhancing product adoption by streamlining integrations with external partners. This role involves becoming an expert in the Netflix Ads Stack and managing the technical aspects of integration projects. The position requires collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation and support. The ideal candidate will navigate technical challenges while advocating for partner needs and driving strategic solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in digital media or ad tech, particularly with CAPI platforms and audience onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of Conversions API (CAPI) integrations across major platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and debugging, along with scripting experience in Python or Java.
  • Extensive experience implementing and troubleshooting REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience providing technical support and system validation.

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the Netflix Ads Stack to serve as a platform expert.
  • Drive the end-to-end integration lifecycle including implementation, configuration, and validation.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and primary technical point of contact for external partners.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for integrations and monitor the stability of product integrations.
  • Act as the internal quarterback for critical incidents and manage communication during outages.
