• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of delivering production systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, LLMs, or ML-powered features in real products.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and modern software design patterns.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with comfort in working across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Experience owning and delivering projects end-to-end, including requirements clarification and ongoing operation.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and integrations between internal systems and third-party services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and modern application architectures.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end solutions for internal stakeholders.
• Own significant projects from problem definition through implementation and rollout.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of GenAI/LLM-powered features in applications.
• Make key technical decisions on architecture, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Improve existing systems by reducing complexity and driving migrations or refactors.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to clarify requirements.
• Communicate technical issues and tradeoffs clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support other engineers, sharing context and reviewing designs and code.
• Contribute to team-level technical direction and roadmaps in areas of expertise.
