The Principal Front End/Full Stack Developer will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of complex web applications for investment professionals and senior management. This role is part of the Asset Management Embedded Quantitative Development team, which focuses on portfolio construction, risk management, and alpha research. The developer will collaborate closely with quantitative analysts and technology teams to create robust technology solutions. The position requires strong technical leadership and mentorship skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing and deploying complex, scalable, end-to-end web applications.
• Expertise in modern front-end development, particularly with Angular and its ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in back-end development with a main focus on Python and its web frameworks.
• Extensive experience designing, implementing and optimizing relational databases.
• Experience with object-oriented design and development, and standard software design patterns.
• Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple collaborators.
• Solid background in financial services with an understanding of investment risk.
