The team aims to create a unique value proposition in the rapidly growing Connected TV advertising space. Engineers will work on ensuring a high-quality viewing experience for members while driving impactful outcomes for advertisers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative advertising solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular.js, and Vue.js.
  • Experience interfacing with REST APIs and GraphQL End Points.
  • Experience working in a cloud-based environment.
  • Experience with Fullstack development and exposure to REST APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN.
  • Demonstrated self-starter who is motivated to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop through all phases of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to communicate effectively.
  • Contribute to creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach engaged audiences.

Benefits

  • Employees at Netflix are often offered flexible, people-first benefits—unlimited time away, generous parental leave, global family-forming support, mental-health programs (mindfulness, free counseling/coaching), and health coverage tailored by country. Financially, Netflix pays at personal top-of-market and lets employees choose their mix of cash vs. fully-vested 10-year stock options, alongside donation and volunteer matching. Convenience perks can include trust-based travel/expense policies, relocation support, and “Work, Not Drive” rideshare flexibility.
