Job description

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in software engineering development, with exposure to Salesforce preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of Salesforce.com, with experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Communities being a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and environments such as VS Code, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Basic understanding of integration patterns and REST APIs.
  • Exposure to Salesforce data modeling and data management concepts.
  • Experience writing Apex classes, triggers, and unit tests, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to contribute to multiple projects in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions supporting client servicing and business operations.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Support integration between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and standard integration patterns.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
  • Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce features and technologies.
