Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software engineering development, with exposure to Salesforce preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of Salesforce.com, with experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Communities being a plus.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and environments such as VS Code, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
- Basic understanding of integration patterns and REST APIs.
- Exposure to Salesforce data modeling and data management concepts.
- Experience writing Apex classes, triggers, and unit tests, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions supporting client servicing and business operations.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Support integration between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and standard integration patterns.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
- Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce features and technologies.
