The Director of Business and Data Analytics will lead a team focused on developing sales performance KPIs, dashboards, and insights for field leaders. This role involves providing actionable analytics solutions to improve business performance and operational efficiency. The position requires close collaboration with FW leaders and serves as a consultative advisor to ensure the team meets business needs. The team is dedicated to enhancing the sales performance management processes and supporting technology to align with strategic goals.

• Extensive data analytics experience with a proven ability to deliver relevant tools and products for leadership.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and development experience.
• Expertise in working with database applications and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, and SQL.
• Experience working with sales performance data is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
