The SVP, Head of AI Architecture is a strategic leader responsible for defining and implementing AI architecture and strategy across the enterprise. This role bridges innovative AI research with practical solutions, ensuring alignment with Fidelity's objectives and ethical standards. The position involves collaboration with various teams and oversight of AI architecture from design to deployment. The leader will also drive the integration of advanced AI technologies into the organization's roadmap.

• A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field is required.
• 15+ years of general experience and 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software architecture.
• Proven experience in deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions into production environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, frameworks, and programming languages.
• Experience with cloud computing and MLOps tools is essential.
• Proven expertise in LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, fine-tuning, and prompt management.
• Strong understanding of security implications related to AI/ML systems.
• Familiarity with various Hyperscaler tools and services is a plus.
• Experience with major cloud platforms such as Snowflake and AWS.
• Strong executive communication and leadership presence.
