• Deep understanding of life insurance digital ecosystems, including underwriting and compliance.
• 10 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer and/or solution architect.
• Proven experience in engineering large-scale web applications end-to-end.
• Proficient in Cloud Architecture and Core AWS services.
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Spring, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Agile development experience and a passion for continuous learning.
