• 5-8 years of experience in project management, consulting, or total benefits outsourcing administration.

• Proven ability to manage client-facing program/project teams successfully.

• Support the implementation and ongoing servicing of the client lifecycle by leading a team.
• Coordinate with clients to identify and recommend changes to improve data quality.
• Lead project delivery by understanding and communicating requirements to the project support team.
• Prepare client-friendly materials and communicate findings to internal and external partners.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners.
