The Data Science Practice Lead will drive and scale data science use cases and AI capabilities within internal technology and operations. This leadership role is based in Boston and focuses on supporting various corporate functions such as customer support, compliance, and finance. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in data science with strong leadership and collaboration skills. They will guide a team of data scientists to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 15 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics, including senior or team lead roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into data solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving orientation with a data-driven and experimental mindset.

• Identify and scope high-impact internal use cases by working directly with business stakeholders.
• Drive experimentation and pilot solutions to validate approaches and quantify business value.
• Guide and mentor a team of data scientists, providing technical direction and oversight.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to implement data science solutions into production.
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and impactful ways.
