Job description

The Engineering Leader for IWMS will oversee the development and enhancement of client-facing Trading capabilities. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality technology solutions through collaboration with architects, technologists, and business partners. As a technical leader, the individual will address complex challenges and ensure timely product delivery while fostering a high-performing engineering culture. The position requires a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications including UI, API, Database, and Cloud.
  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams in a geographically dispersed agile organization.
  • Practical experience with software engineering fundamentals and tools such as requirements analysis and documentation (Jira), system design, API integration (SOAP/REST), and cloud architecture.
  • Strong commitment to quality, documentation, and engineering excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
