The Model Serving Systems team at Netflix is seeking strong engineers to develop and expand their compute infrastructure to support growing AI needs. This role focuses on building scalable and robust systems for AI/ML applications, particularly in model serving for large language models. Engineers will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance Netflix's AI capabilities. The position offers an opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment and influence what customers see on their screens.

• Experience building high-traffic distributed services and infrastructure for online ML model inference.
• Familiarity with scalable model-serving solutions for generative models and LLMs.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, preferably in Java.
• Experience with deploying ML models using tools like Triton Inference Server, TensorRT, and Docker.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• A BS/MS in Computer Science, Applied Math, Engineering, or a related field.
