The manager will mentor backend engineers and collaborate with Product, Security, and Privacy leadership to shape the future of trust and access management. The team operates at a massive scale, handling billions of requests daily.

• BS, M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in people management leading backend teams
• 8+ years of industry experience
• Extensive experience as an engineer in a fast-paced, platform-focused development environment
• Preferred experience with modern authentication protocols and emerging standards
• Experience designing and building authorization systems
• Proven experience with large-scale distributed system design and performance optimization
• A strong product sense and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• A growth mindset and eagerness to expand skill set in a hyper-growth setting
