The Senior Atlassian Platform Engineer will join the Enterprise Systems team, which is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Atlassian toolset across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. This role focuses on administering, integrating, and evolving tools like Jira and Confluence, while also leading a migration from Freshservice to Jira Service Management. The engineer will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the tools meet business needs and drive automation in IT operations. The position requires a proactive approach to enhancing workflows and applying AI solutions.

• 4–7 years of hands-on Atlassian administration experience in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud, including configuration, integration, and migration
• Experience with Atlassian REST APIs, service accounts, and scripting-based automation using Python or similar languages
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and scripting languages such as YAML
• Experience with enterprise tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack

• Administer, integrate, and optimize the Atlassian suite including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
• Co-lead the migration from Freshservice to Jira Service Management
• Design and execute tool migrations and improvements across internal business functions
• Build and maintain automation using GitHub, Terraform, YAML, and Python
• Support core enterprise platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
• Partner with stakeholders across IT, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Security to ensure tools align with business needs
• Drive adoption of AI tooling in IT operations and help define automation and intelligence applications at scale
