Job description

The Technical Program Manager will lead AI-enabled automation initiatives within the Enterprise Insights & Analytics team at DoorDash. This team collaborates with various departments to enhance sales efficiency through analytics and automation. The role involves identifying workflow opportunities, developing automation solutions, and ensuring successful adoption across Enterprise teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical fluency and program leadership experience to translate complex problems into scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, analytics, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with an understanding of data foundations including pipelines, ETL processes, and system dependencies.
  • Technical fluency in working with APIs, automation platforms, or internal tooling.
  • Experience deploying AI-enabled tools, automation workflows, or internal data products.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify manual workflows and deploy AI-enabled solutions that improve Enterprise sales efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to map workflows and translate requirements into scalable automation and data solutions.
  • Lead programs from discovery through pilot and scale, coordinating cross-functional execution and measuring operational impact.
  • Work with technical teams to integrate automation, analytics, and AI capabilities into Enterprise workflows.
  • Embed solutions into day-to-day workflows through enablement, training, and structured pilots.
