Job description

The Staff Engineer in Account Engineering at Stripe will lead the technical direction for the Account Abstractions team, which focuses on user identity representation across Stripe products. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building software systems, including user-facing products and internal platforms.
  • A user-first mindset with a strong focus on product experience.
  • Experience in setting and executing a multi-year technical strategy.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and a curiosity to learn deeply.
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers and empowering their growth.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
