• B.Sc/M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in hardware and firmware development
• Complex problem solving and debugging capabilities
• High-level English communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers
