• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in data insight solutioning.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, particularly with data processing libraries.
• Experience with BI and analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge in business statistics and quantitative methods.
• Expertise in data modeling and semantic layer design.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and analytics platforms like Snowflake.

• Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and create reporting experiences.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of production BI solutions.
• Act as a consultative partner to translate objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Perform deep data discovery and optimize advanced SQL for large-scale data processing.
• Document definitions, assumptions, and limitations to ensure data auditability.
• Design and deliver intuitive dashboards and reporting layers for self-service analytics.
• Apply statistical methods for diagnostic and predictive insights.
