Job description

The BPR Project Manager role at AppleCare Technologies involves planning, mobilizing, and executing mid to large scale technical projects across various business areas including Sales, Service, and Support. The team focuses on delivering cross-functional systems projects and building strong relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a formal engineering background and experience managing large-scale technical programs. This position requires navigating ambiguity and fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Customer Support business with a focus on tools and systems.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing global enterprise scale technology solutions, including customer-facing Generative AI experiences.
  • Project management certification (PMP or similar accreditations).
  • Graduate degree in a business or engineering related field.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, mobilize, and execute mid to large scale technical projects and programs.
  • Ensure system solutions are architecturally sound and rigorously tested.
  • Own scoping, requirements definition, solution design participation, technology selection, resource planning, communications, project governance, risk management, and change readiness.
  • Build trust through shared technical language and drive accountability across complex, globally dispersed programs.
  • Connect the dots and orchestrate activities needed for project success.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
