Citi Equities Technology is looking for a senior leader to oversee its low-latency infrastructure engineering group. This role involves designing, architecting, and delivering trading infrastructure across colocation sites and data centers. The successful candidate will lead a global engineering team and work closely with software delivery teams and trading functions. The focus will be on optimizing low-latency infrastructure and ensuring high performance in trading environments.

• 15+ years of experience in low latency infrastructure engineering within electronic trading or financial institutions.
• Proven experience building and operating exchange colocation environments for Equities or multi-asset electronic trading platforms.
• Deep expertise in low latency network design, including ultra-low latency switching platforms and multicast market data distribution.
• Strong understanding of modern low latency hardware platforms and packet processing optimization.
• Advanced Linux systems engineering expertise, particularly in kernel tuning and CPU isolation.
• Experience designing resilient infrastructure across colocation facilities and large-scale enterprise data centers.
• Strong knowledge of automation and infrastructure engineering practices using Python, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
