Job description
The Identity Architect will lead efforts to enhance security across platforms and products by designing and implementing identity frameworks. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the adoption of security standards that protect critical infrastructure. The position emphasizes continuous learning and professional development within a dynamic environment. The architect will also act as a senior technical leader, influencing projects and driving a security-first culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in identity and access management.
- Proven ability to lead identity strategy and mentor teams across functions.
- Strong coding ability in compiled languages such as Go or Java.
- Experience with network security, application security, or DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and cloud-stack application development.
