• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in identity and access management.
• Proven ability to lead identity strategy and mentor teams across functions.
• Strong coding ability in compiled languages such as Go or Java.
• Experience with network security, application security, or DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and cloud-stack application development.
