This senior-level position focuses on supporting the Enterprise Fraud Detection application's projects and production support group. The role involves leading application systems analysis and programming activities to ensure the effective development and support of critical fraud detection systems. The candidate will partner with management teams to integrate functions and define necessary system enhancements. Additionally, they will provide expertise in applications programming and serve as an advisor to mid-level developers and analysts.

• 6+ years of extensive experience in application development, system analysis, and programming of software applications.
• Strong development and support experience with Actimize IFM, AIS, and RCM/Actone applications.
• Expert-level application development and support skills with a proven technical track record.
• Deep understanding of retail banking system processing, including experience with real-time transaction processing and real-time fraud detection.
• Extensive experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Consistently demonstrates clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
