We are seeking a hands-on full-stack senior engineer who will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technology delivery within an Agile team. The engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and launching efficient systems and solutions that support core organizational functions. This position requires a strategic professional who stays updated on industry developments and contributes to the technical direction of key products. The role also involves contributing to the codebase and delivering solutions aligned with sprint commitments.

• Minimum of 10 years in software development with strong expertise in Java, Python, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, and Postgres/Oracle.
• In-depth knowledge of modern application architecture, Data Structures, and Object-Oriented Principles.
• Proven experience in architecting and building scalable, highly available, resilient, and low-latency applications.
• Practical experience with AI tools and AI agentic frameworks for development workflows.
• Proficiency in Microservices, Event-Driven Services, and Cloud-Native Development.
• Experience with Container Orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline proficiency with tools like Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components.
• Capable of designing and implementing high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and code versioning tools.
• Ability to develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
