This role is a key member of the global development team, focusing on innovating and developing technical solutions that align with strategic organizational goals. The position requires collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective programming solutions. The candidate will also lead problem resolution for high-impact projects and mentor mid-level developers. A strong emphasis is placed on data architecture, ETL/ELT development, and ensuring data quality and governance.

• 6-10 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java application technologies, including TDD, Spring framework, and Microservices architecture.
• Extensive hands-on experience with PySpark and advanced Python programming skills.
• Proven experience with Big Data ecosystems, including Cloudera and/or Data Bricks.
• Strong expertise in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience in Angular 21+ or ReactJS.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Lead the resolution of high-impact problems and critical projects through evaluation of business processes and system architectures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in application programming, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Act as a mentor for mid-level developers and analysts, providing guidance and fostering skill development.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using PySpark.
• Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and security.
• Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance for efficiency and reliability.
