Job description

The Engineering Manager will lead the Ads Measurement team at Netflix, focusing on building systems that allow advertisers to quantify campaign outcomes. This role involves driving success in a fast-paced environment while fostering a culture of ownership and executional excellence. The team is dedicated to creating advanced technology that enhances both the viewing experience and advertiser results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in measurement solutions and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total experience with 3+ years of management experience in building and leading diverse software engineering teams.
  • Deep expertise in building first-party measurement solutions like conversion lift, brand lift, geo lift, and incrementality.
  • Proven experience leading teams that built out causal inference and attribution systems.
  • Experience building scalable data pipelines and measurement APIs that surface lift and attribution results.
  • A strong product mindset along with experience in delivering large complex projects collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with demonstrated product sense and leadership.
