• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission-critical facilities
• 5+ years of ICT design experience in Mission Critical Environments
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with fiber optic components and applicable standards
• BICSI RCDD Certification or internationally recognized equivalent

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ICT systems across multiple builds.
• Own the ICT architecture for complex, large-scale data center programs.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of ICT design standards.
• Identify and resolve complex cross-discipline coordination challenges.
• Define and enforce ICT engineering best practices and quality benchmarks.
