This role involves leading the design and delivery of cloud-native software and infrastructure that integrates with customer offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong system design skills and experience in modern cloud applications. The position emphasizes mentorship, technical leadership, and the adoption of engineering best practices.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with generative AI technology
• 7+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Experience implementing AWS services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

• Own team-level architecture and provide system-wide design guidance
• Lead projects requiring collaboration among multiple engineers
• Design and deliver software systems throughout their full lifecycle
• Set and drive adoption of engineering best practices within the team
• Solve complex problems while simplifying solutions as much as possible
• Balance speed of delivery with long-term architectural requirements
• Build consensus across teams when faced with differing technical viewpoints
• Actively coach and mentor multiple engineers
• Communicate technical designs and decisions effectively to diverse audiences
• Ensure strong operational practices within the team
