Job description
NVIDIA is seeking a creative and experienced ATE Test Engineer to help transition GPU gaming and compute products from design to mass production. The role involves collaboration with overseas manufacturing teams to enhance yields, test coverage, and reduce costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to debug product failures and implement effective solutions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about building high-quality server products that can impact the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of silicon verification, testing, and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Silicon Photonics, CPO, optical engines, and high-speed IO.
- Experience with the Advantest 93K ATE platform is essential.
- Proficiency in Linux and programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a group environment.
- Experience with SRAM testing and familiarity with 2.5D or MCM assembly.
- Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST.
- Knowledge of system-level testing and validation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test program solutions for NV advanced chips.
- Develop and debug ATE test method code.
- Create and debug scripting and automation tools.
- Participate actively in cross-functional teams to debug product failures and implement optimal solutions.
