As a Cloud Data and AI Engineer, you will guide Public Sector customers in developing, configuring, and deploying their data and AI solutions. You will support customer implementations of Google Cloud products through architecture guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting. The role involves consulting with customers on designing their data and AI solutions, including ML model development and integration with Google technologies. You will also work closely with Product Management and Engineering to enhance Google Cloud products and features.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience with software development in Python, Java, or C++, and relational database technologies.
• Experience implementing data and AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

• Collaborate with data producers, consumers, and Data and AI Engineering teams to understand data needs and design solutions.
• Analyze on-premise and cloud database environments for optimal design on Google Cloud Platform.
• Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, and technical presentations.
• Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Design, build, and maintain data and AI solutions.
