• Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in failure analysis and materials characterization
• Strong understanding of instrument fundamentals and data interpretation
• Experience in chemistry, materials science, and surface science
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for training and project execution

• Lead and complete sophisticated failure analysis investigations for manufacturing and field critical issues
• Apply sophisticated materials characterization and analytical techniques to resolve failure mechanisms
• Correlate analytical data with process history and manufacturing conditions to develop root-cause models
• Collaborate with internal customers on material selection and supplier qualification
• Build, develop, and validate new test methods and analytical workflows
• Clearly document and communicate findings through technical reports and presentations
