• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in product research in an applied research setting.
• Experience in survey design and analysis, including sampling and writing questionnaires.
• Master's or PhD degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5 years of experience conducting UX research and working with executive leadership.

• Apply UX Research skills within Trusted Tester User Communities to drive insights.
• Own end-to-end UX Research, including planning, executing, and deriving insights.
• Lead survey research methodology to ensure reliable insights through scaled methods.
• Leverage experience with metrics development and statistical analysis to influence UXRs.
• Represent UXR to coordinate across multiple cross-functional partnerships.
