Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Project Management, or a related field and 8 years of progressive experience in a Software Engineering-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineering-related occupation.
  • 6 years of experience in translating organizational objectives into team goals.
  • Experience in designing, writing, testing, and maintaining large scale, data intensive Cloud platforms and services using C++, Java, Go, or Python.

Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate team priorities that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop mid-term technical visions and roadmaps to drive engineering excellence.
  • Design, guide, and vet system architectures for coherent integration and scalability.
  • Manage engineering projects across multiple teams by engaging stakeholders and monitoring metrics.
