The Principal Software Engineer on the Copilot Studio Knowledge team will focus on enhancing the capabilities of Copilot Studio through the development of new features and improvements in quality, performance, and scalability. This role involves leveraging the latest AI tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency. The engineer will also mentor other team members and engage with customers to resolve issues and gather feedback. The position is integral to ensuring that the team meets its commitments to customers while fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 1+ years of experience leveraging AI tools to build high-quality code.
• 1+ years of experience building enterprise grade web services and maintaining them.
• 1+ years of experience integrating complex software systems and cloud components.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
