• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• At least 4 years of design or consulting experience
• Experience with HV or MV substations
• Demonstrated ability to develop design calculations, construction drawings, and specifications
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
