The Distributed Systems Engineer will be responsible for owning the infrastructure that powers the core Siri Agentic Evaluation Platform. This role involves designing an execution engine for complex evaluation loops and building systems that are deterministic, fault-tolerant, and cost-efficient. The engineer will work with high-throughput agentic simulations and multi-model judging pipelines. The position requires expertise in various technologies to ensure robust performance across diverse device types.

• MS in computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience as a distributed systems engineer, platform engineer, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in languages optimized for concurrency and enterprise scale, such as Python (asyncio) or Java.
• Deep expertise in designing robust, versioned production APIs using gRPC/Protobuf, GraphQL, or REST (FastAPI).
• Strong experience modeling complex relational data and trace hierarchies using PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing asynchronous, event-driven architectures using Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with Terraform to manage infrastructure declaratively.
• Experience building automated, containerized deployment pipelines with an emphasis on fast and reliable developer feedback loops.
