• 5-8 years of experience in a technology planning role.
• Strong leadership and developmental skills.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

• Track business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements.
• Work on mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing activities.
• Contribute to and create internal communications, reports, metrics, and presentations.
• Act as an advisor or coach to new or lower level employees.
• Ensure the quality of work provided by self and others.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and compliance.
