Job description
The role involves providing customer service for the troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of complex capital equipment at customer sites and trade shows. The position is part of the KLA Services team, which focuses on maintaining high performance and productivity of products through various services. The individual will represent the company to customers and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided. This role requires coordination with customers to minimize downtime and support Installation Engineers in problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Level Degree
- 8 years of related work experience
Responsibilities
- Update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair highly complex capital equipment.
- Represent the company to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assure operational quality of system equipment.
- Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime.
- Provide assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
