Job description

The role involves providing technical applications support for KLA's SWIFT products in customer fabrication facilities. The LS-SWIFT Division focuses on patterned wafer inspection systems for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. The position requires collaboration with engineering teams to enhance products and resolve hardware and software issues. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and effective implementation of KLA technologies.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree with no related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support all SWIFT products and coordinate project-based activities with customers and KLA teams.
  • Provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products.
  • Analyze complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and implement plans.
  • Assist sales staff in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs.
