The Apple Wallet team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their analytics platform. This role focuses on building a privacy-centric data foundation to enhance services for millions of customers. The TPM will act as a vital link between engineering teams, data scientists, product managers, and executive leadership. The position requires a passion for developing robust data systems at scale while ensuring user privacy is maintained.

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
• 3+ years of experience supporting Data Engineering or Data Science
• Deep understanding of data engineering and analytics lifecycles
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and leveraging LLMs for automation
• Experience with big data technologies such as Splunk, Spark, and Kafka
• History of shipping complex and scalable data platforms
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
• Mastery in navigating ambiguity and translating business goals into execution plans
• Highly effective communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of data privacy principles
• PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe, PgMP, PfMP or equivalent certifications
• Experience in the payments industry or large-scale e-commerce platforms
• MS degree in Business Management, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology

• Define and drive the roadmap for Wallet Services analytics
• Ensure initiatives are built on a foundation of secure and reliable data
• Act as the critical link between various teams to answer complex business questions
• Influence and align teams from different departments without direct authority
• Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee performance and quality management
• Navigate and manage risks and changes in projects
• Ensure governance and benefits realization management are upheld
