• 5+ years of work experience in manufacturing process development, manufacturing or product quality, tooling and fixture design, or automation development.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, or Chemical Engineering or relevant manufacturing work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Design For Manufacturing concepts such as GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, and SPC.
• Demonstrated experience in employing analytical tools to solve complex problems.
• Ability to learn, implement, and use statistical tools for data-driven decision making.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
