The BPR Project Manager at AppleCare Technologies will lead mid to large scale technical projects across various business areas, including Sales, Service, and Support. This role requires a blend of engineering expertise and project management skills to ensure successful implementation of system solutions. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships and trust among diverse teams while navigating complex, global projects. The focus is on delivering enterprise-level Digital Transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional systems projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a Customer Support business with a focus on tools and systems.
- 7+ years of experience implementing global enterprise scale technology solutions, including customer-facing Generative AI experiences.
- Project management certification (PMP or similar accreditations).
- Graduate degree in a business or engineering related field.
Responsibilities
- Plan, mobilize, and execute mid to large scale technical projects and programs.
- Ensure system solutions are architecturally sound and rigorously tested.
- Own scoping, requirements definition, solution design participation, and technology selection.
- Build trust and understanding between groups and orchestrate activities for project success.
- Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects to clarify objectives and define execution plans.
