Job description

The BPR Project Manager at AppleCare Technologies will lead mid to large scale technical projects across various business areas, including Sales, Service, and Support. This role requires building strong relationships and trust among diverse teams while ensuring that system solutions are well-architected and thoroughly tested. The ideal candidate will have a formal engineering background and experience managing large-scale programs that involve multiple engineering and business functions. The position emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Customer Support business with a focus on tools and systems.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing global enterprise scale technology solutions, including customer-facing Generative AI experiences.
  • Project management certification (PMP or similar accreditations).
  • Graduate degree in a business or engineering related field.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, mobilize, and execute mid to large scale technical projects and programs.
  • Ensure system solutions are architecturally sound and rigorously tested.
  • Own scoping, requirements definition, solution design participation, and technology selection.
  • Build trust through shared technical language with diagnostics engineers and other teams.
  • Present project updates and strategic plans to cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support system configuration, architecture, and software development life cycles.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects to clarify objectives and define execution plans.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
