The Strategy & Growth Analyst will support Citi Commerce in developing and executing its go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and competitive intelligence. This role focuses on building Citi Commerce's presence in the commerce media landscape by translating strategic priorities into actionable materials. The Analyst will work closely with various teams, including Advertiser Partnerships, Product, and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive message that resonates with stakeholders. • 5-8 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or a related field, with exposure to advertising, media, or adtech.
• Ability to support the creation of market-facing materials and narratives.
• Analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to assist in synthesizing information into clear insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an eagerness to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• Assist in defining and evolving the Citi Commerce value proposition by articulating Citi's data, audience, and measurement advantages.
• Support the creation of market-facing materials, including positioning decks, sell sheets, and market narratives.
• Support competitive intelligence and market research efforts by tracking the commerce media landscape.
• Provide support for Citi Commerce's presence at key industry events and forums.
• Prepare materials for internal executive forums, Steering Committees, and leadership reviews.
