The Digital S/W Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for driving results on large-scale application development projects. This role requires a strong understanding of client core business functions and the ability to guide teams in delivering efficient systems. The analyst will provide architectural guidance, conduct design and code reviews, and mentor software development engineers. The position significantly impacts the overall performance and effectiveness of the business through complex deliverables.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role.
• Expertise in technology patterns and techniques as they apply to cloud platforms such as AWS and PCF.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot Microservices Development.
• Experience with automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred.

• Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts.
• Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase.
• Publish design review extensions and document guidance aligned to sprint plans.
• Participate in design reviews for Next Gen Architecture and Plan of Record projects.
• Mentor and coach software development engineers to empower their teams.
• Communicate risks to business owners to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Create plans that have a clear path to delivery and solve for dependencies.
• Drive clarity and work independently when business and technical strategy is not defined.
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure progress in challenging situations.
